The House

 

Villa Marella is newly built. Villa Marella is located about 70 metres from the sea and about 40 meters above sea level on 4.500 sq metres of land. The architectural style of the villa and the interior decoration is more traditional. A private driveway brings you to the villa.

 

 

There is a private swimming pool and, for sea bathers, there is from the villa direct access to the sea where a platform has been built exclusively for the guests of Villa Lefkas 

Main Floor 

When entering the villa you arrive in a spacious living room with separate living and dining area. There is an open fire in the middle of the room where two French windows leads to a sheltered veranda stretching over the whole front of the villa. The open kitchen is fully equipped. From the living area you have access to spacious double bedrooms with large closets (with a safe in one bedroom), each with en suite bathrooms (bath/shower) and individual verandas with beautiful sea view.

 

 

 

Base Floor

Via an internal staircase you go down to the ground floor which has a further two double bedrooms with large closets, en suite bathrooms (bath/shower), and separate verandas with beautiful sea views. The ground floor also has a separate living area with sofa and dining table, a kitchenette with extra refrigerator, storage room and washing machine

Outside

Outside there is a spacious sunbathing area around a private swimming pool (45 sq m) to a depth of 1.60 meters.

There is a path to the sea where a platform has been built exclusively for guests of Villa Lefkas for swimming in the sea, fishing or sunbathing.
